Richie Furness

It's the DJ Furness! Bongo's Bingo's third longest serving host and proud Scouser, Richie Furness brings over two decades of DJ experience to the stage. A raver from his early teens, Richie spent his formative years chasing the wildest dance floors he could find, building a deep, instinctive understanding of what really moves a crowd. 

Before joining Bongo's Bingo in May 2017, Richie held down a ten year residency at Chibuku Shake Shake, one of Liverpool's most renowned dance music events, as well as holding a second residency at another Liverpool institution, Abandon Silence. Richie represented both brands at events and festivals including Fabric, Warehouse Project, Parklife, Creamfields and Hideout Festival.

Since joining Bongo's Bingo, Richie has become well loved for his high-energy shows, ever changing playlists and genuinely brutal comebacks to hecklers when required, and he's done shows and spread the Bongo's Bingo world across the world hosting shows in Australia, Dubai, Ibiza, as well as hosting seven huge 'XL' shows in Manchester to 3500 people per night. 

Musically, he's recognised for his incredible raves where he showcases fresh up to the minute bangers alongside forgotten classics, and known for digging out the some of the most weird and wonderful remixes of songs you could hope to hear, many of them with a banging Donk on.
